Set on 200 acres of private land at the base of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Sopa Lodge blends natural beauty with cultural charm. 

Nestled in lush, mature gardens filled with frangipani trees, vibrant bougainvillaea, and towering cacti, the lodge offers a serene oasis alive with wildlife. Keep an eye out for playful monkeys, curious mongooses, gazelles, squirrels, and even the occasional visiting leopard.

Inside the lodge, a raised walkway leads you over a tranquil fishpond to the open-air Kibo Restaurant, where fresh, locally sourced ingredients are used to create an eclectic menu of African, European, and Asian flavours.

Amboseli Sopa Lodge offers a range of facilities designed to make your safari stay comfortable and memorable. Set within 200 acres of landscaped gardens alive with birdlife and visiting wildlife, the lodge features a welcoming reception and airy lobby adorned with local art. Guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool with a spacious sun terrace, unwind around the firepit, or enjoy the shaded picnic area after a day of game drives. Rustic, well spaced cottages meander through the vast expanse of the mature gardens and which house the eighty three guest rooms. These are all brightly decorated with Maasai themed wall murals, and each room has been purpose built to contain either one or two queen sized beds as well as a veranda.  

There is also  a luxuriously appointed, extremely spacious, two bedroom Presidential suite with a private dining room and an attached kitchenette, and also with a huge lounge and a quite simply vast veranda  

40 rooms with 2 queen size beds of which, 6 of them have interconnecting doors, ideal for families and 24 rooms can be turned to triples on request. 

21 rooms with one king size bed, of which 2 rooms are accessible rooms and 1 room is a honeymoon suite.
